Before any trip, being it work or fun, I always take a quick look at MIMOA to see if there is any interesting building at my destinations. The site is just brilliant, allowing you to not only find inspiring architectural projects with a short description of the concept, architect and so on. It provides the mundane details like GPS coordinates, address and directions so you can go and see if the real thing has any resemblance to the cool pictures. If you lack time to prepare (as I usually do), you simply dump all projects in your destination in a pdf and make your places-to-see-list in the while travelling. Brilliant concept and an easy to navigate site.
